Anemia is a condition in which the number of  RED BLOOD CELLS  or the HAEMOGLOBIN concentration with in them is lower than normal. There are several types of anaemia but most common is iron deficiency anemia.

Symptoms :

  • Weakness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Dizziness
  • Irregular heartbeats
  • Headache
  • Pale skin

  • If you experience blood loss. Women are at increased risk of anemia due to heavy menstrual flow
  • Some women develop anemia during pregnancy.
