The product must be returned to us within 5 days of being delivered to the consumer.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other documentation.

Once the Product is successfully delivered to our location, ayushbuy.com will immediately commence the refund to your source account or chosen form of refund within 4-7 working days.

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, you may initiate a return request in just two simple steps within seven days of product delivery:

Step 1: Send an email to info@ayushbuy.com requesting a return.

Step 2: Our courier partner will pick up the goods at your door, or you can courier the products to us.

(If the pin code is not available for return pickup, the buyer must send the things at his own risk to our location.)

The return period after delivery applies if the product received is the result of:-

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Received a faulty/damaged goods.
  • Tampered with or damaged packaging prior to shipping

Note:

If you do not tell us within 7 business days after receipt, ayushbuy will not take accountability for any delivery concerns.

The refund will be completed within 5 – 7 working days of the product’s cancellation.

Please note that, that if an order is returned after it has been shipped, we will only reimburse the cost of the goods and not the buyer’s shipping charges. (Because the shipment is returning to us, we must bear the additional shipping costs.)

If an order is cancelled before it is shipping, we will reimburse the whole amount paid by the buyer.
