Triphala ghritam is also commonly used in snehakarma for cancer treatment. Hair loss, edema, early-stage cataracts, intermittent fever, erysipelas, eye pain with itching and discharge, excessive discharge in women, cough, and other eye and eyelid-associated disorders may all benefit from Triphala ghritam. It has laxative properties. Externally, Triphala ghritam is widely utilized in a procedure known as tarpana.
