Description
It is used as medicine and also in preparatory procedure called snehakarma for the treatment of bloating, malabsorption syndrome, diarrhea, dysuria, piles. It stops the need for straining the sticky discharge from anus and anal ache and clears urinary obstructions. It is also used for rectal prolapse. It is applied over the prolapsed area and the prolapsed part is placed in its normal position.
